raspberry mocha kiss
monopolowa vodka, khalua, creme de cacao and dekuyper raspberry pucker.
inspired by the starbucks drink - dark and sweet.
spicy banana
creme de banana, vanilla vodka, frangelico, heavy cream and cayenne pepper.
creamy banana with a kick!
pineapple upside-down cake
pineapple juice and smirnoff vanilla, with paramount pomegranate liqueur and a maraschino.
pretty self-explanatory.
zingiber
home-made ginger-vanilla infused vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup.
the vodka is ginger-infused smirnoff vanilla. smooth vanilla and hot ginger with a little citrus.
french 77
champagne and vanilla liqueur, with a homemade brandied cherry
i haven't actually tried it yet. but it sounds like such a great combination!
lychee-citrus martini
soho lychee liqueur, UV vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice and grapefruit juice.
just a touch of lychee flavor. soho is a lychee liqueur produced in france. it is the #2 selling liqueur in japan and france.
white russian
monopolowa vodka, copa de oro and heavy cream.
monopolowa vodka is a potato vodka produced in poland. in 2003 it received the highest score for a vodka at the international review of spirits. it was also a double-gold-medalist at the san francisco spirits competition. copa de oro is a coffee liqueur that is a bit sweeter than khalua. other coffee liqueurs (including khalua and khalua french-vanilla available on request).
fifth avenue
apricot-flavored brandy, creme de cacao and heavy cream.
like a brandy alexander, but fruitier.
caipirinha
cachaca, crushed limes and raw sugar.
cachaca is a liquor similar to rum that is popular in brazil. the caipirinha is the most popular cocktail made from cachaca.
red italian greyhound
ruby red grapefruit juice and seagram's gin, with a campari float.
unless you love campari i suggest going light on it - it's bitter.
jeremy's amaretto long-island
vodka, gin, light rum, triple sec and amaretto, with cola and lemon.
don't ask for premium liquor in this drink or i will kill you.
apricot brandy sour
paramount apricot-flavored brandy, lemon juice and pineapple juice, served with a cherry.
fruity, sweet and sour. i've never seen this drink at the bar, but it's great. served with either a maraschino cherry or a home-made brandied cherry.
cosmpolitan
seagram's citrus vodka, patron citronge, lime juice and cranberry juice, served with a twist.
lime juice is fresh squeezed. patron citronge is patron's bottling of triple-sec.
daiquiri
bacardi white rum, lime juice and simple syrup.
lime juice is fresh squeezed. other rums (pyrat xo, bacardi gold and ten cane) available upon request.
sidecar
e&j vs brandy, cointreau, lemon juice and simple syrup, with a sugared rim.
lemon juice is fresh-squeezed. cointreau is the classic triple-sec, made from bitter oranges and neutral grain alcohol.
margarita
1800 silver tequila, patron citronge, lime juice and simple syrup, with a salt rim.
patron citronge is essentially the triple-sec designed specifically by patron for margaritas. patron anejo is available upon request, but only for special occasions.
manhattan
jim beam and m&r sweet vermouth, with a cherry.
served with either a maraschino cherry or a home-made brandied cherry.
other bourbons available upon request.
kangaroo cocktail
uv vodka, noilly prat and gorgonzola-stuffed olive
uv vodka is 4x distilled, filtered through activated charcoal and then ph balanced . it is made from american corn and purified well water. noilly prat is the classic martini vermouth - the first extra-dry vermouth, produced in france.
other vodkas available upon request. top-shelf vodka only available upon passing the vodka challenge.
classic martini
new amsterdam gin, noilly prat and a gorgonzola stuffed olive.
