brandy flip

egg yolk, simple syrup, cream, brandy and nutmeg.

unlike the clover cocktail, this features the egg yolk in a mixed drink.

breakfast eggnog

egg, simple syrup, triple sec, apricot brandy, cream and nutmeg

probably a forerunner to the popular breakfast martini. features whole egg.

clover club cocktail

gin, egg white, grenadine, lemon juice and simple syrup.

another forgotten drink. the egg white froths up and adds body to the drink - you wouldn't even know there was egg in the drink. once referred to as one of the classic cocktails.

prairie oyster

olive oil, ketchup, egg yolk, salt and pepper, tabasco, worcestershire and white wine vinegar.

a forgotten restorative. featured on the classic anime cowboy bebop. one of two recommendations is that you down the entire concoction in one gulp. spicy and nutritious. remember that only one in 20,000 eggs has salmonella. you have a higher chance of drowning than getting an egg that has salmonella.

blue greyhound

gin and unsweetened grapefruit juice on the rocks, with a blue curacao float.

a minor tweak of a great drink.

cuba libre

rum, diet coke and a wedge of lime on the rocks.

allegedly a favorite of FDR.

harvey wallbanger

vodka and orange juice, with a float of galliano, served on the rocks

galliano is a proprietary liqueur from italiy with notes of anise and vanilla.

tummy collins

rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, cholula hot sauce and soda water.

an odd combination that i'm still working the kinks out of.

white cloud

cream, pineapple juice, creme de cacao and vodka.

a weird and disjointed but strangely tasty concoction from Schumann's "American Bar". i don't know what it is about the drink, but somehow the name of the drink and the drink itself work together in a really weird way.

southern long island

rum, tequila, gin, vodka, triple sec, soco, lemon juice and simple syrup, with a splash of coke.

like a long island, but with a hit of southern comfort.

sazerac

wild turkey straight rye, vanilla liqueur, pernod and peychaud's bitters.

a version of the sazerac, for people who aren't crazy about anise.

tom collins

gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and some fruit.

a classic tasty drink that nobody orders anymore.

long island iced tea

vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup and a splash of cola.

your basic long island iced tea.

purple rain

tequila, rum, vodka, gin, triple sec, black raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup.

a variation on the long island. recipe from bristol bar and webtender.com
