all high octanes are 1 part vermouth to 2 parts main liquor.
bronx cocoktail - 1 gin, 1.5 orange juice, .5 dry vermouth, .25 simple syrup, .25 lemon juice.
sazerac - 2 oz whiskey, .5 simple syrup, liberal peychaud's, 1/4 oz pernod, 1 lemon twist.
vesper martini - 3 gin, 1 vodka, .5 lillet. (2 gin, 2/3 vodka, 1/3 lillet).

(4 oz)
flavored vodka sour - 2 flavored vodka, .5 lemon juice, .5 simple syrup,.
watermelon - 1.5 watermelon, 1 pineapple juice, 1.5 vodka,
island blue - 1 island blue, 1.5 pineapple juice, 1 vodka, .5 malibu coconut.
passionfruit - 1.5 passionfruit rum, 1 pineapple juice, .5 lime, .5 simple syrup, .5 vodka.
mango - same as passionfruit - but mango rum.

margarita - 1.5 tequila, .5 cointreau, juice of half a lime, .5 simple syrup.
sidecar - 1.5 brandy, .5 cointreau, .5 oz lemon, .25 simple syrup
daiquiri - 2 oz rum, 3/4 oz lime, .5 oz simple syrup.
apricot brandy sour - 1.5 oz apricot brandy, 1 oz lemon juice, .5 oz pineapple.

appletini - 1.5 sour apple, 1.5 laird's applejack, cherry
cosmo - 2 vodka, 1 lime, 1 cointreau, 2 cranberry
pineapple upside-down - 2 pineapple, 1 vanilla vodka
big easy martini - 1.5 soco, .5 black raspberry, .75 lemon, .25 simple syrup, 1 pineapple.

7 ounces of liquid (4 ice cubes)
long island iced tea - .5 gin, tequila, 1 triple sec, rum, vodka, 1 lemon juice, 1 simple syrup, 1 cola.
jeremy's long island - .5 gin, tequila, 1 triple sec, rum, vodka, amaretto, .5 lemon, .5 simple syrup, 1 cola
purple rain - .5 gin, tequila, 1 triple, rum, vodka, chambord, 1 lemon juice, 1 sprite.
southern long island - .5 gin, tequila, 1 triple sec, rum, vodka, 1.5 soco, 1 lemon, .5 simple syrup.

all go with 4 cubes of ice (6 oz of non-ice)
caipirinha - 2 cachaca, .5 lime cut into 4, 1 packet raw sugar, 1 simple syrup
cuba libre - 2 rum, 4 diet coke, lime slice.
harvey wallbanger - 2 vodka, 4 orange juice, .5 galliano
blue greyhound - 2 gin, 4 unsweetened grapefruit juice, .5 blue curacao

4 ice cubes - pub glass (9 oz of liquid)
red italian greyhound - 2 gin, 4 ruby grapefruit juice, .5 float campari, 3 soda water.
june bug - 1 melon, .5 malibu, .5 banana, 1 lemon, 1 simple syrup, 2 pineapple, 3 soda water.
tom collins - 2 gin, 1.5 lemon juice, 1.5 simple syrup, 3 soda water, 1 maraschino, 1 lemon wheel
tummy collins - 2 vodka, 3 pineapple juice, dashes of cholula, .5 lemon juice, .5 simple syrup, 3 soda water.

spicy banana - 1 creme de banana, 1 vanilla vodka, .5 frangelico, 1 cream, 2 dashes cayenne
french 77 - .5 vanilla liqueur, 2.5 champagne, brandied cherry
lychee citrus - 1 vanilla vodka, .5 soho, 1.25 grapefruit, .5 lemon juice, .5 simple syrup, .25 pomegranate liqueur.
zingiber - 2 vanilla-ginger vodka, juice of quarter lemon, .5 simple syrup.

prairie oyster - 1 tbsp olive oil, ketchup, 1 egg yolk, salt and pepper, 1 tsp vinegar, generous worcestershire and hot sauce.
breakfast eggnog - 1 egg, 1 oz simple syrup, .25 triple sec, .75 apricot brandy, 2 oz cream.
brandy flip - 1 egg yolk, .25 simple syrup, .75 cream, 1.75 brandy, nutmeg
clover club - .75 lemon juice, 1 egg white, dash grenadine, .75 simple syrup, 1.5 gin.

white russian - 1 vodka, 1 khalua, 1 cream
fifth avenue - 1 apricot brandy, 1 creme de cacao, 1 cream
brandy alexander - 1 brandy, 1 creme de cacao, 1 cream
white cloud - .75 cream, 1 pineapple juice, .5 creme de cacao, ..75 vodka

hot buttered rum batter:
1 lb brown sugar, 1/2 lb salted butter, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp ground cardamom, 1 tsp vanilla

volcano - 6 oz grapefruit juice (pink), 2 oz lime, 1 oz simple, 5 oz gold rum, 1 oz blackstrap rum.
